Nigeria shatter South Africa’s AFCON title dreams

Super eagles of Nigeria have qualified for the semi final of the Ongoing AFCON in Egypt

Super Eagles beat Bafana Bafana 2:1 in the second quarter final match on Wednesday

Samuel Chukweze drew the first blood in the 27th minute while the South Africans leveled up through Bongani Zungu in the 71st minute

William Troost Ekong dented the the Final blow on the Baxter tutored side when he scored the winner just a minute to the stoppage time

The South African team came in to the match in high spirit having eliminated hosts Egypt, but left dissapointed after the loss

Earlier, Senegal beat 10 man Benin team to reach the semi final of the competition
