Nigeria records 111 cases of coronavirus
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported fourteen new cases of coronavirus in the country, taking the total number of infections to 111.
Nine new cases were confirmed in Lagos while five new cases were confirmed in Abuja.
Of the 111 cases confirmed in the country, one death has been recorded.
On Sunday, President Muhammadu Buhari announced the lockdown of Abuja, Lagos and Ogun States.
He also ordered the conversion of federal government stadiums to isolation centers
He equally announced three months moratorium to beneficiaries of social investment programmes, and two months food supplies to internally displaced persons.
