Nigeria is in crisis of inequality and compensation – Aremu

General Secretary of the union of textile and garment workers Issa Aremu says Nigeria is in a crisis of inequality and compensation.

Issa Aremu made the assertion in a chat with newsmen in Lagos.

He wondered why some politicians are earning what he called double salaries while workers and pensioners are being owed months of salaries.

Aremu said Nigerian workers have rights to protest against non-payment of their salaries and entitlements being owed despite the Paris club refund given to state governors.
