Nigeria army vows to rid remnants of terrorist groups

The chief of army staff, Lt. Gen Tukur Buratai has reiterated the commitment of the Nigerian army to rid the country of remnants of terrorists.

Buratai spoke at the opening ceremony of the Nigeria army doctrine and combat development leadership workshop taking place in Minna, Niger state.

He said the knowledge and professional competence gained from the workshop would be helpful to the officers.

Buratai expressed gratitude to president Muhammadu Buhari for always providing the resources to the Nigeria army for its administration, operations and training.
