K1 De Ultimate Apologises Over Abuja Airport Incident

Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has apologised over the recent incident at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

In a statement he personally signed, K1 expressed regret over the controversy but denied reports that he carried alcohol, insisting his flask contained only water to manage chronic dehydration.

He explained that the flask was empty during security checks and only filled with water at the airport lounge before heading to the tarmac.

He also clarified that he was never deboarded from any aircraft, and urged the public to verify his account via CCTV footage.

K1 apologised to the Presidency, the Ministry of Aviation, FAAN, NCAA, ValueJet, and Nigerians, stressing it was never his intention to breach aviation protocols.
