Joe Biden announces his re-election bid

The United States president, Joe Biden, has announced that he will be running for re-election as president of the US in 2024.

This is as he said the battle for the soul of the nation isn’t yet complete in his new 2024 launch video this morning.

Biden made his re-election announcement four years after he announced his bid to run for the US presidency for the first term on April the 25th, 2019.

Announcing the launch of his campaign for his re-election, the US president wrote on his verified twitter page that every generation has a moment where they have had to stand up for democracy and stand up for their fundamental freedoms.
