JAMB raises hope of admission seekers

The Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede Says all the challenges facing the admission of students into tertiary institutions in Nigeria will soon be a thing of the past.

Oloyede made the disclosure while speaking at the first matriculation ceremony of the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere Ekiti.

Represented by Director of Admission, Adulhakeem Ahmed, the JAMB boss cautioned Students to be of good conduct and abide by the school’s rules and regulations.

The Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Olufemi Adeoluwa in a remark tasked the matriculating students not to receive functional education alone but to begin to experience an independent life upon which he said they would continue to build on through out their existence at the institution.

At the matriculation ceremony, a total of 2,220 students were matriculated since the school was upgraded from College of education to a University on October the 16th 2020.
