Industrial research workers demand suspension of DG over fake certificate

Workers at the Federal Institute of Industrial Research Oshodi Lagos have shut operations at the institute.

The workers vowed that they will not resume work until their director general, Chima Igwe is suspended for parading a fake doctoral degree.

The union leaders have seized the official car of the director general as they demonstrated on the premises of the institute.

A union leader said they were trying to put things right.
