Immigration: Find solutions to security problems affecting movement of people – Osinbajo

Acting president Yemi Osinbajo has asked heads of immigration in West Africa to find solutions to security problems attributed to movement of people within their countries.

Osinbajo made the comment when he was represented by the minister of foreign affairs Geoffrey Onyema at the Economic Community of West African States heads of immigration meeting in Abuja.

He noted that the borders are currently facing security challenges, calling for a mechanism to facilitate free movement across the borders.

The acting president announced the decision of the country to host a migration training academy for the region in Kebbi state.
