Gunmen attack on Plateau community claims 13 lives

No fewer than thirteen persons have died in a fresh attack by gunmen in Bokos local government area of plateau state.

This is coming barely two weeks after suspected Fulani herdsmen killed 12 people in Mangu local government area of the state

On Monday, some villagers told newsmen in Jos that the latest attack took place in Kwatas community on Sunday night.

The police public relations officer in the state, Mr Ubah Ogaba confirmed the attack and said officers have been deployed to the community.
