Governor Uba Sani Defends Tinubu, Urges Northern Leaders to Face Reality
The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has called on northern leaders to stop blaming President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the security challenges facing the region.
Speaking at an interactive session held at Arewa House in Kaduna on Tuesday, Governor Sani stated that the current security problems in the North are not the making of the present administration.
According to him, the issues have been decades in the making, fueled by poverty, illiteracy, and years of poor governance.
He emphasized the need for unity and proactive leadership among northern elites, urging them to shift from the blame game and work together to address the root causes of insecurity.
Sani also acknowledged that state governments have experienced improved support under President Tinubu’s administration, particularly with increased federal allocations and greater flexibility for local development.
