Governor Adeleke Leads Eid Prayers in Ede, Calls for Love and Solidarity

Muslims in Osun state joined their counterparts across the country to observe the two Rakat prayer marking this year’s Eid-il- kabir celebration.

The Chief Imam of Osogbo central mosque , Sheikh Musa Amimasahun, in his sermon, said political and religious leaders must fulfill their obligations to their followers and bring succour to them.

The Governor of Osun state Ademola Adeleke who observed his two Rakat prayer in his hometown Ede Osun state, advised Muslims to always show complete trust in Allah’s plans and support one another especially those in need.

The Governor congratulated Muslims across the state and reassured residents that their patience and support for his administration will not go unrewarded.

Governor Adeleke pledged continued delivery of good governance and community driven development.

Also speaking the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yoruba Edo and Delta khamis badmus urged Muslim faithful show love to everyone irrespective of religion,tribe and political affiliation.

Asiwaju Badmus also enjoined them to use the opportunity of the season to party for the leaders and the nation’s economic situation.
