England Golf Courses To Reopen Wednesday

Golf courses in England are preparing to reopen from Wednesday.

This followed Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s address to the nation.

New guidelines mean golfers will be allowed to play on their own or with one member of their own household.

There is no change to the current position in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and so golf courses in these countries must remain closed for now.

Culture secretary Oliver Dowden said government can imminently allow some sports activity like golf, basketball, tennis, fishing – solo/in households in least risky environments.
