Ekiti Youths Rally Support for Tinubu, Oyebanji

Youths in Ekiti State have urged residents to sustain their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Biodun Oyebanji, citing ongoing efforts by both leaders to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.

The call was made in Ado-Ekiti during a rally organised to mobilise support for the re-election bids of the President and the Governor.

Thousands of youths drawn from across the state took to the streets not in protest, but in a show of solidarity as they rallied in support of the Tinubu and Oyebanji administrations.

They described the rally as an avenue to publicly express their confidence in the leadership styles of the two leaders and their capacity to drive meaningful development at both the federal and state levels.

Youth leaders at the rally, including the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Students’ Matters, Sunday Asefon; Speaker of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Adeoye Aribasoye; member of the Ekiti State House of Assembly, Idowu Odebunmi; and Mrs Yemisi Joluwe, said they were convinced that the reforms being implemented by President Tinubu were already yielding positive results and would, in the long run, reposition Nigeria’s economy for sustainable growth.

They cited several ongoing federal government projects in Ekiti State as clear evidence of the President’s commitment to inclusive development and responsiveness to the needs of the states.

They noted that the synergy between President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Biodun Oyebanji remains a strong partnership, which they believe will help restore Nigeria’s socio-economic fortunes and secure a better future for the younger generation.
