Ekiti police parades suspected armed robbers

Police in Ekiti state have paraded about twenty kidnappers and armed robbery syndicates.

Commissioner of police in the state, Amba Asuquo explained that the suspects were involved in the kidnap and attempted to forcefully extort money before the victims were rescued by police.

Asuquo who paraded another set of syndicates arrested for conspiracy and armed robbery also stressed that the suspects engaged in using master key in vehicles of their victims.

One of the suspected kidnappers, Eze Ikechukwu who spoke in an interview with reporters explained his roles in the robbery incident.

Items recovered from them include locally made gun, utc axes, three cars and one motorcycle.
