Ekiti House of Assembly sanction two members: Adedeji, Fajana

Ekiti State House of Assembly says it has taken leniency to measure out disciplinary actions against two of its members.

The two lawmakers are Michael Adedeji, representing Ekiti South West constituency II and Ojo Ade-Fajana, representing Ekiti East constituency 1.

The two legislators were alleged of hobnobbing with the federal lawmaker representing Ekiti South senatorial district, Abiodun Olujimi.

The assembly believed that the unholy alliance between the two lawmakers and Senator Olujimi was capable of bringing the Assembly into disrepute.

At a press conference, chairman, house committee on information, Samuel Omotosho, accused Senator Olujimi of an attempt to sponsor violence against the speaker during the last Saturday’s Peoples Democratic Party convention in Abuja.
