DSS finally releases Dasuki, Sowore

Finally, the Department of State Service (DSS) has released Omoyele Sowore and former national security adviser, colonel Sambo Dasuki, retd.

Their release came after the directive from the attorney general of the federation, Abubakar Malami.

They were released on Tuesday evening.

Shortly after his release, Sowore spoke with newsmen.

The federal government had ordered the release of former national security adviser, Sambo Dasuki and convener of Revolutionnow protest Omoyele Sowore.

The attorney-general of the federation and minister of justice, Abubakar Malami noted that the federal government decision was in compliance with the bail granted them.

Malami enjoins Sowore and Dasuki to observe the terms of their bail.
