Court remands man for allegedly raping, killing 59-year-old woman in Ogun
A magistrates’ court in Abeokuta has ordered, that a 32-year-old labourer, Igwe Sunday, be remanded in prison, pending legal advice.
Sunday allegedly raped and killed a 59-year-old woman,
The magistrate, Mr. Olakunleyin Oke, ignored the plea of Sunday and ordered the police to return the case file to the Lagos state Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
He adjourned the case until September the 24th for mention.
