Bribery Allegations: ICPC drags Justice Tsamiya to court

The ICPC in Imo state has dragged to court a former presiding judge of the Owerri federal high court of appeal over bribery allegations.

Justice Ladan Tsamiya has been accused of demanding 200 million naira from a politician to influence an electoral case before his court.

The head of public enlightenment of the ICPC in Imo state, Chinwe Nwozo told newsmen that justice Tsamiya failed to appear in court on Friday.

Nwozo said justice Eze Njemanje of the Imo state high court thereafter fixed July 11 for the arraignment of the former judge.
