Breaking: CCT finds former CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen guilty of asset fraud
Code of Conduct Tribunal has found former CJN Justice Walter Onnoghen guilty of asset fraud.
Justice Onnoghen has also been removed as CJN chairman.
The CCT has banned Onnoghen from public office for the next ten years.
It ruled that all monies in Onnoghen’s five accounts should be confiscated as they were acquired illegally.
