Bayelsa gov’t condemns use of armed forces to terrorize citizens

The Bayelsa state government has buried the late government house photographer, Reginald Dei and ward chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr Sei Dougha Taribi.

They were reportedly killed by soldiers during the last elections in southern Ijaw local government area of the state.

The Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson, accused the leadership of the nations security agencies of deliberately shielding the perpetrators of the heinais acts.

The governor condemned the use of the country’s armed forces and security agencies for brazen acts of murder and terrorism against innocent citizens.
