Akeredolu promises to dualize Ikare-Okerigbo road in Akoko

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has promised to dualize Ikare – Okerigbo road to Akungba Akoko.

The Governor said the design template of the road is completed, as it has been included in the 2022 budget.

Akeredolu made this known while playing host to the members of the Akungba Development Union led by the Alale Of Akungba Kingdom, Oba Isaac Sunday Adeyeye in Akure.

He lauded the monarch for appreciating the work his administration is doing across the state ranging from security, Infrastructural development among others.

Governor Akeredolu said Amotekun Corps is facing some treats towards manning the boundary between Edo State coming down to Molega, Arimogija, Ute road in Ose local government Area.

He insisted that Amotekun would be empowered to overcome it’s challenges for effective performance.

The Alele of Akungba Akoko, Oba Sunday Adeyeye commended governor Akeredolu for the tremendous roles he has played in the development of the community.

He acknowledged the prompt attention of the State Government to Akungba Akoko in all areas especially in constructing roads and making security of the community tight against criminalities.

Oba Adeleye promised to support Akeredolu’s efforts in changing the face of the state.
