“Africa will define the future” – Twitter CEO

Jack Dorsey, the co-founder and CEO of Twitter, has finished his tour of Africa that has lasted most of November tweeting that he was “sad to be leaving”.

He visited Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia and South Africa during the trip, sharing the highlights on his twitter account.

Mr Dorsey announced that he would be returning for a three-to-six month stay next year, but he didn’t say exactly where he would be going.

The twitter chief said that Africa “will define the future”, particularly of cryptocurrencybut did not say why he believed that.
