Dabiri-Erewa urges 9th NASS to expedite action on diaspora voting

The chairman Nigeria diaspora commission, Abike Dabiri-Erewa has tasked Nigerians in the diaspora to prevail on the 9th national assembly to amend the constitution to enable them participate in next elections.

Dabiri-Erewa made the call during an interview with newsmen in Abuja.

She said there was the need for lawmakers to expedite action by amending sections of the constitution and the electoral act 2010 as amended to allow Nigerians abroad participate in the electoral process and vote.c
