Productivity is key to growth in any organisation, says Olutayo Adu

The publisher of the south west Herald magazine, Mr Olutayo Adu has identified productivity and commitment as the basic factors needed by any organisation to grow.

Mr Adu said that intellectual competence and strong intra-personal relationship is key to success.

Adu spoke at the investiture and award ceremony of the rector of Moshood Abiola polytechnic, Abeokuta, Dr Samson Odedina and head of service of Ondo state Toyin Akinkuotu.

One of the awardees, Dr Samson Odedina urged the coming generation to prioritize handwork.

Odedina appreciated the publisher of southwest herald magazine for considering him for the award.
