Adamawa Supplementary poll: INEC to conduct election on Thursday
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will tomorrow conduct the governorship supplementary election in Adamawa state.
The electoral body announced that exercise will be conducted in 14 local government areas of the state with a total of over 40,000 registered voters.
Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Kasim Gaidam said that the electorate will go to 44 polling units to take part in the exercise between 6 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon.
The exercise failed to hold as a result of suit filed against INEC governorship candidate of the Movement for Restoration and Defence for Democracy (MRDD), Mustafa Shala.
