US lawmaker questions arms sales to Saudi-UAE coalition in Yemen
A key US lawmaker, Eliot Engel says whether congress should restrict weapons sales to the Saudi-UAE coalition in Yemen.
Eliot said that he was troubled by reports over illicit weapon transfers to armed groups.
Report says, Saudi Arabia and its coalition partner in Yemen, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) were using manufactured weapons as a firm of currency.
The US
group called on countries to suspend arms sale to the warring parties until there are no substantial risks.
