Media Community Mourns TVC’s Gbenga Ogunmiloyo, Laid to Rest in Ado Ekiti

The remains of Ojo Gbenga Ogunmiloyo, a 52-year-old cameraman with TVC, have been committed to mother earth at his residence in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.

Ogunmiloyo passed away on July 18, 2025, following a brief illness. He had battled a strange condition for two months and was recently discharged from the hospital after showing signs of recovery. Unfortunately, he died just days after returning home.

At the burial service held at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Ado-Ekiti, Rev. Fr. Pius Famosaya encouraged the grieving family to remain thankful for the life he lived in Christ.

Family members, friends, and colleagues paid glowing tributes, describing him as a hardworking and generous individual.

The late Ojo Olugbenga Ogunmiloyo is survived by his mother, wife, and children.
