Ekiti christians join others to celebrate Christmas

Christians in Ekiti State today joined their counterparts across the globe to celebrate this year’s Christmas.

Adaba FM correspondent Olúwaṣeun Adebolu, who visited Christ Apostolic Church, Oke Iyanu, and Fulfillment of the Christ Evangelical Mission all in Ado Ekiti, reported that the churches recorded some worshipers who came to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.
 
Pastor Akin Olawande of CAC Oke Iyanu and Prophet Segun Jegede of the Fulfillment of Christ Evangelical Mission stressed the importance of the birth of Jesus Christ to the world.
 
The clerics said that most Christians in the world today lack an understanding of the importance of the birth of Jesus Christ, whose sole purpose was the redemption of the human being from sin.

They urged believers in Christ to allow the significance of the season to reflect in their lives.
