Police arrest principal suspect in Akure mob killing

The Ondo state police command has said it has not concluded investigation into the killing of Temitope Olorunfemi in Akure by angry mob.

Spokesperson of the state police command, Funmi Odunlami said 3 suspects have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Odunlami said a principal suspect involved in the mob attack is also in custody.

Temitope Olorunfemi was killed by mob on the 10th of April after his car killed a motorcyclist around Ijoka in Akure.

The mob claimed they saw fetish items inside the victim’s vehicle before setting it ablaze.
