Akeredolu calls for cooperation as he begins second term

Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has been sworn in for the second term as the governor of Ondo state.

Akeredolu won the October 10th 2020 Guber election in the state which earned him the second term.

The swearing in was performed by the state chief judge, justice Oluwatoyin Akeredolu.

In his speech after he swore the oath of allegiance, Akeredolu highlighted his achievements during his first term in office.

He pledged to fight all challenges that could hinder an overall development of the state as he begins another 4-year-term.

Akeredolu called on residents of the state to support him so that he can deliver more.

Dignitaries present at the event include the APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, former interim chairman of the party, chief Bisi Akande, governors Dapo Abiodun, Kayode Fayemi, Jide Sanwoolu, Gboyega Oyetola and Godwin Obazeki.

Also, former senate president Ken Nnamani, former Gov Ibikunle Amosun, senator Iyiola Omisore, senator Ajayi Borofice and others.
