Ekiti state government directs another category of workers to resume work
Ekiti state government has directed workers on grass level two to seven to resume work after a stay at order by governor Kayode Fayemi in March.
The directive follows the review of the steps taken in containing coronavirus.
A statement by the state head of service, Peju Babafemi says the officers are expected to resume on November the 2nd.
The statement notes that the state government will continue to be committed to workers wellbeing.
It calls on the workers to ensure compliance with all COVID-19 protocols in their various ministries, department and agencies.
