FG changes COVID-19 response tactics

The federal government says it is changing its tactics in the response to COVID-19.

It revealed that it would look both inward and outward in its quest to defeat the virus in this country.

Minister of health, Osagie Ehanire, disclosed this during the daily briefing of the presidential taskforce on covid-19 in Abuja.

Osagie added that famers should be given access to their farms as the planting season begins, saying food security was critical to national security.

Meanwhile, chairman of the taskforce and secretary to the government of the federation, Boss Mustapha, has denied claims that the presidency demanded Madagascar’s COVID-19 organics.
