Gunmen attack leaves 3 dead in Plateau state

Three persons have been confirmed killed in a fresh attack by gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen in Ancha community, Miango district, Bassa local government area of Plateau state.

Chairman-elect for Miango youth development association, Nuhu Nkali, confirmed the incident in Jos on Wednesday.

Nkali said that several houses were also set ablaze by the gunmen during the attack.

Nkali lamented that the latest attacks on their community could have been averted if security operatives had responded to their calls.
