Supreme Court set to deliver judgement on Imo tussle
Any moment now, the Supreme Court will deliver its ruling on the Imo state gubernatorial election.
The judgement is a legal response to the application by the sacked governor, Mr Emeka Ihedioha.
Ihedioha has called for a review of the court’s judgement on January the 14th which upheld the eligibility of Hope Uzodima.
The 7-man panel is led by the chief justice of Nigeria, Tanko Mohammed.
