Update: Kaduna Speaker resigns
Speaker of Kaduna Assembly, Hon. Aminu Abdullahi Shagali, has resigned his position.
Reports have it that Shagali tendered his resignation before commencement of Plenary session on Tuesday morning
Meanwhile, Yusuf Ibrahim has been elected new speaker of Kaduna state house of assembly.
