Trial of Sowore continues on Wednesday

The federal high court in Abuja will continue the trial of the revolution now convener, Omoyele Sowore on Wednesday.

On December 6, 2019, justice Ijeoma Ojukwu had adjourned the matter to the 11th, 12th and 13th this month for definite hearing.

But the court did not sit on today because justice Ojukwu was sitting outside division.

Sowore and co-defendant, Olawale Bakare, are facing trial over charges of treasonable felony for organizing the revolution now protest on August 5, which the government saw as an attempt to disrupt peace in the country.
