Operation Amotekun is to tackle security challenges in South West, says Owoseni

Special adviser on security to the Oyo state governor, Fatai Owoseni says operation Amotekun is set up to tackle security challenges in the south west.

Owoseni explained that the launch of the operation Amotekun is to formalize the support for conventional security.

The former commissioner of police in Lagos disclosed that members of vigilante group in the south west will be involved in the operation.

He was speaking in Lagos on the security guidelines of operation Amotekun.
