Troops lower B’Haram flags in Adamawa after subduing insurgents
Troops attached to operation Lafiya Dole have lowered Boko Haram flags hoisted in some communities in Madagali council area of Adamawa state after overrunning the insurgents.
The terrorists were subdued by the superior fire power of the troop.
In a statement Nigerian army operations media coordinator, colonel Aminu Iliyasu, noted that it was a clearance operation launched against the insurgents by the troops.
It states that the relentless clearance and other offensive operations being conducted by the troops of operation Lafiya Dole under the ambit of a special operation nicknamed operation Rufe Kofa is gaining traction by the day.
