APC slams PDP for criticizing Akeredolu

The All Progressives Congress in Ondo state has taken a swipe at the PDP for criticising the administration of governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

The party described the PDP’s criticism as cheap blackmail.

A statement by the party’s director, media and publicity, Steve Otaloro says the administration of governor Akeredolu is sensitive to the welfare of workers with the prompt payment of salaries.

The statement reminds the PDP of the backlog of salaries it owed and cleared by Akeredolu.

It says the APC-led government has restored the past glory of the state in growing all sectors, improving healthcare services, and construction of roads among other to make life meaningful for the people.

The statement challenges the PDP to work towards redeeming the party’s questionable image in the minds of Ondo state residents.
