2019 Elections: Voters abroad have one week left to apply to cast their vote

South Africans outside the country wishing to vote in the upcoming general elections on May the 8th have just one week left to apply to vote abroad.

The electoral commission said registered voters have until March the 13th to apply and notify the chief electoral officer of their intention to vote at one of South Africa’s 121 foreign missions.

Registered voters can apply by completing a form on the electoral commissions website.

Voting outside of the country is scheduled for Saturday April the 27th at the South Africa’s foreign missions.
