Over 200 pilgrims to attend this year holy pilgrimage from Ondo

Ondo state governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has charged intending pilgrims to this year’s hajj to be good ambassadors of the state in the holy land.

Akeredolu gave the charge while addressing the intending pilgrims in Akure the Ondo state capital

Akeredolu said his government will support the intending pilgrims to ensure they experience a successful pilgrimage

Chairman of Ondo state Muslims welfare board Khaleel Fahwehinmi noted that the intending pilgrims has gone through orientation that will prepare them for the pilgrimage.

Fawehinmi told the intending pilgrims to make sure they abide by the laws of the holy land

Grand Mufti of Ondo state Shehu Batuta cautioned the intending pilgrims against acts that can affect negatively the image of Ondo state.

A total number of 276 intending pilgrims are attending this year holy pilgrimage from Ondo state.
