The Supreme Court has
affirmed Samuel Ortom as the elected governor of Benue.
Justice Olabode Rhodes gave
the judgment.
The appeal was filed by APC
and its candidate, Emmanuel Jime, challenging Samuel Ortom’s victory at the March
the 9th 2019 governorship election.
