Police nab seven suspects over crisis in Kwara communities

The kwara state police command says it has arrested seven suspects in connection with the crisis between Odo-Owa and Kajola communities in Oke-Ero local government area.

Spokesperson for the command, Ajayi Okasanmi confirmed the arrest to newsmen today.

Okasanmi also confirmed that one person was killed and several persons injured during the crisis.

Violence was reported to have erupted between the communities on Sunday following disagreements during a masquerade festival in the area.
