Osun gov’t introduces free bus rides, adjust working days

Osun state government says it has worked out modalities on work hour rationing and free transportation, for civil servants in the state.

This became imperative inorder to cushion economic and mobility hardship experienced by workers on daily basis.

The state governor’s spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed made this known while addressing journalists in Osogbo the state capital.

Olawale who noted that these measures including other palliative measures for the vulnerable will be rolled out in sequence for proper and effective implementation.

He used the opportunity to announced that the state government has declared tomorrow public holiday to celebrate this year’s Hijra 1445 an Islamic new year
