Ondo will greatly miss Harrison’s diligence, compassion – Akeredolu
Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has extolled the outgoing commissioner of police in the state, Hilda Ibifuro-Harrison.
Harrison has been promoted to the rank of an inspector general of police.
At a valedictory meeting of the State Security Council, in honour of Harrison, governor Akeredolu described the outgoing commissioner of police as a dutiful, responsive and ever prepared officer.
He said the state will greatly miss Harrison’s diligence and compassion.
Also, the deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi described her as a worthy ambassador of the Nigerian Police.
In her remarks, the new Assistant Inspector General of Police, Ibifuro-Harrison said her years of service in Ondo state remain the most remarkable of her years in the Nigerian Police.
She asked security agencies in the state to work harmoniously with the state government to ensure peace in the state.
