NANS okays the probe of Jamb, NIMASA administrators
The National Association of Nigerian students, NANS, has announced its support for the federal government’s move to probe the former administrators of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB and the Nigerian maritime administration and safety agency (NIMASA). President of the association, Chinonso Obasi stated this in Abuja.
Obasi urged the government to extend the probe to other agencies. He said the remittance of the sum five billion naira to the coffers of the federal government by Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, is commendable.
The student leader said the remittance by the new leadership of Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, is an indication that past leadership of the board were corrupt.
