Man City hold Alexis Sanchez talks

Manchester City have heard talks with Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez and are confident of landing the 28-year-old.

According to reports, The Sky Blues are more likely to reunite Sanchez with Pep Guardiola, despite Arsenal prefering that he joined Bayern Munich should he leave the Gunners.

Goal’s Sam Lee reported City’s director of football Txiki Begiristain traveled to London for the talks.

Reports claimed Sanchez is eager to reunite with former Barcelona coach Guardiola, and City will look to capitalise by matching any bid from Bayern and offering higher wages.
