Kenya Election Suit: Supreme Court Judges absent in court
Kenya’s Supreme Court has been hit by a shortage of Judges to hear a petition calling for the cancellation of the repeat election planned for Thursday.
Chief Justice David Maraga said that the court did not have a quorum to hear the petition.
The court has seven judges.
He said that only one of his colleagues was present and the others could not make it to the court for various reasons.
