The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has scheduled supplementary elections in Ebonyi for 23rd of this month.

The supplementary elections are fixed due to inconclusive polls in some polling units during the governorship and state assembly elections in the state.

INEC’s administrative secretary in Ebonyi state, Andy Ezeani made the disclosure in Abakaliki earlier today.

Ezeani listed the affected constituencies and polling units to include, Ezza North West, Ekka registration area with 16 polling units and oriuzor registration area with 32 polling units and voting points.

He implored the electorates in the constituencies to come out to cast their votes on the rescheduled date.
